System Description
Achieve efficient welding, which is 2.2 times more than single-wire submerged arc welding. The system can be used for double arc and double wire submerged arc welding, and can also be used for single wire submerged arc welding. This welding machine is an efficient and reliable modern welding system, which can be widely used in various fields of industrial manufacturing.
Use
1: To further realize the high-efficiency welding of H-shaped steel/column web with large penetration.
2: To further realize the efficient welding of large box column/beam filling.
3: To further realize the efficient welding of the longitudinal and circular joints of the cylinder.
4: To further achieve efficient welding of medium and thick plate splicing.
A set of double-arc and double-wire automatic submerged arc welding system is composed of a MZE-1250 AC square wave submerged arc welding power source, a MZ-1250 or 1600 DC submerged arc welding power source, and a WT-DA double-wire submerged arc welding car.
Dc submerged arc welding power supply characteristics
The minimum trigger Angle protection control method of three-phase circuit is introduced in MZ submerged arc welding machine to control the dynamic characteristics of the power supply. Therefore, the equipment can also provide DC output for steelmaking and rapid quenching equipment, which makes up for the shortcomings of the first generation of products, and is especially suitable for the submerged arc welding process of variable speed wire feeding. The rated welding current of the welder corresponds to the rated load persistence rate. When the load persistence rate increases, the maximum output current of the welder decreases accordingly. If the load persistence rate is increased from 60% to 100%, the maximum output current is 0.7746 times of the rated welding current.
Ac submerged arc welding power supply characteristics
MZE AC square wave submerged arc welding machine is an efficient submerged arc welding equipment with reduced AC square wave output. When a single power supply is used, it can perform single wire submerged arc welding, surfacing with pole, narrow gap submerged arc welding, manual arc welding, and can also be combined with DC or AC submerged arc welding power supply ((DC+AC) or (AC+AC) double wire, multi-wire efficient submerged arc welding system.
WT-DA double wire submerged arc welding car features
It can be used for filling welding and surface surfacing welding, and can also be used for welding various steel plate structures with or without groove butt welds, lap welds, fillet welds, etc. This kind of weld can be located in the horizontal plane or the inclined surface with an inclination Angle of no more than 10°, and the steel types can be welded include carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and its composite steel
